I am starting the week off with a card for the Wild Orchid Crafts Challenge blog.
Card Recipe:
Stamps: Elisabeth Bell for Whimsy Stamps - Sun Kissed
Inks: Distress Inks
Paper: Pion Designs
Tools: Magnolia Doohicky Swirl, MS Pine Branch Punch
Embellishments: Natural Cotton Lace, 10mm and 15mm Open Roses, Baby Blue Tea Roses, 2-Tone Brown Chrysanthemum, and Metal Embellishments all from Wild Orchid Crafts!!!
I had to mix several colors of DI to come up with the shirt and I really don't remember what I used, but the jeans and flowers are Faded Jeans and the apron is Old Paper. My skin color is always Tattered Rose and Vintage Photo and hair is Antique Linen and Walnut Stain. The grass was Bundled Sage.
I sewed all the edge and distressed them. Boy, is that distressing messy! haha!

This card is gorgeous and definitely worth all the 'mess'..lol!
Love the muted, smudgey tones they are stunning. It seems to me that no matter what you attempt colourwise or style wise you always do it to perfection.
